Cancun Vacation Condo RentalsHOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION FOR A CANCUN CONDO RENTAL!
It's simple! Once
you have decided on the travel dates of your choice we will go ahead and
block those dates for you. In
order to confirm your reservation you do need to send in your payment. A 50% deposit is required to block a reservation and the balance is
due no later than 45 days before the arrival date. As soon as we
have verified that the complete payment has arrived we will email you
your reservation /confirmation form that you will need to present at check-in.
We will also send you some easy to follow arrival instructions
and helpful area tips. You
can print out both of these on your computer. With that you're all set,
it’s time to start packing your bags! HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT!
Please keep in mind that we reside in Mexico and that limits some
of our payment options. Sorry,
but at this time we are not able to directly accept credit cards as a
form of payment. You can choose from any of the payment methods below.
Just let us know how you prefer to handle your payment(s) and we will
send you instructions on how to do so.. A.) Western Union: If you would like to pay by credit card, we work with Western Union money grams which is a very quick, efficient method of payment. Western Union money grams can be sent from just about any country . You can do so at any authorized Western Union agent, by telephone or online from the convenience of your computer. Your payment can be deposited directly in our bank account if you use the "Economy Method" which will arrive in just a couple of days and is very affordable. If it is a last minute transacation you can use "Money in minutes" which is slightly more expensive but your payment will usually go through in less than an hour. We will be glad to send you instructions on how to do either and where to send your payment. B.)Bank Transfers: This
is the easiest, the most secure and the most commonly used method of payment.
We can send you the necessary bank wire information and you simply
give these instructions to your bank along with the amount.
Usually it will arrive in a day or two.
We have used this method of payment with clients from every part
of the world and have never had a problem. C.) Payment by Check: If you prefer to pay by check you can send, your personal check, a certified bank check or money order to our US bank account. Normally it will take three to four days to arrive by normal mail and another 8-10 days for funds to be cleared and credited to our account so payments by checks must arrive at least 45 days before travel dates. We will send you a deposit slip that you simply fill out and mail in with your check. As soon as it is posted in our account we will confirm it form you. D.) Bank of America "Safe Send" This service is only available for those who have a checking account with any Bank of America branch office in the US. It is easy, quick and FREE of charge! Your payment will usually go through the same day or the next day at the latest and once you have registered you can do it at your bank or by telephone from the convenience of your home or office. CHECK-IN PROCEDURES : We have our own housekeeper, her name is Landy and she has been with us for over 9 yrs. She will have everything arranged for you when you arrive at Villas Marlin. You simply show your confirmation form to the security personnel when you arrive from the airport. They will already have your name and be expecting you. They will give you the keys and direct you to your condo. OUR CANCELLATION POLICIES: Any confirmed reservation can be canceled with a minimum of 45 days notice before the arrival dates. We will refund your full payment minus a $50usd service charge. All reservations with less than 45 days will be considered final, non-cancelable and non-refundable. |
